MULTI-RISK HOME INSURANCE

Multi-risk Home Insurance guarantees the losses or damages suffered by movable and/or immovable property, resulting from the risks contracted. The determination of the capital to be insured is always the responsibility of the Policyholder and must meet the following criteria:

Immovable Property (Real Estate): Value of Reconstruction of the Insured Property/Fraction with the same type of materials

Movable Property (Household goods): The Insured Capital shall correspond to the replacement new for old value and shall include the totality of the personal and domestic assets related to the home, as well as, as a tenant, the improvements made.

CONDOMINIUM MULTI-RISK INSURANCE

The Condominium Multi-Risk Insurance guarantees the losses or damages suffered by the real estate, resulting from the risks contracted. The determination of the capital to be insured is always the responsibility of the Policyholder and must meet the following criteria:

FIRE INSURANCE

Fire Insurance of Building on Horizontal Property: The building, both the autonomous parts and the common parts, must be safe against the Fire Risk. The insurance must be signed by the joint owners, however, the administrator must do it when the joint owners have not done so within the time and by the amount that, for that purpose, has been set in the meeting. It is also up to the administrator to set at the assembly the rebuild value that should serve as the basis for the Fire Insurance. The Market offers a Multi-risk Insurance for the Condominium (autonomous and common shares), generally requiring a minimum percentage of joint ownership.
