Verspieren Portugal guarantees to maintain the identity of the whistleblower confidential and of any third parties mentioned in the report. The identity of the whistleblower, and any information that may—directly or indirectly—lead to their identification, is considered confidential. Access is restricted to the individuals responsible for receiving or following up on the report, and is secured by an impartial and independent platform at: https://channel.whistleon.com/vespierenportugal
Verspieren Portugal provides protection to individuals who, in good faith and with serious grounds to believe the information is true, report an infringement committed within the company.
The protection of personal data and information related to the whistleblower or third parties mentioned in the report is guaranteed.
The service infrastructure was designed in accordance with all requirements regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Reports made cannot, themselves, serve as grounds for initiating any disciplinary, civil, or criminal proceedings, or prohibited discriminatory practices against the whistleblower, unless the report is deliberately and manifestly unfounded.
• Any individual who is part of the administrative, management, or executive bodies, or any other hierarchy within Verspieren Portugal;
• Service providers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners, as well as any person acting under their supervision and direction;
• An individual with information about possible infringements obtained during a professional relationship that has already ended, as well as during the recruitment process or another pre-contractual negotiation phase of a professional relationship not yet established;
• Volunteers and interns, whether paid or unpaid, at Verspieren Portugal.
• Harassment (moral and/or sexual) and discrimination practices;
• Offences, acts of corruption, or others within the scope of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC);
• Acts that violate European Union Law..
